Since 1988 to the present date, every single American citizen, including their accompanying families who have sought to exercise their international right to leave the United States under any condition of life, have been denied refugee status in Canada. Subsequently, these American citizens are forced by Canada under extreme degrading, inhumane, and cruel conditions and severe human rights deprivations, to return to the United States of America after the two year processing period, regardless of the veracity and validity of their claims.
The Canadian due process procedures applied to these human beings violates the Canadian Charter, the U.S. Constitution, and the international laws of of the United Nations.
